Jannat graduated with two majors in Tourism and Resort Operations Management through Royal Roads University. She landed with Investment-Banking in one of the top major 5 banks in Canada on Bay Street at a very young age. Her Strong educational background of hospitality, instantly made people fall in love with her. Her charisma, personality, her command of 'numbers' makes her an asset across her range of clients. She rapidly excelled herself to the Lending Division and gained experience from Mortgage Underwriting to Secured lending as a whole. She cultivated a market, servicing buyers, sellers, landlords, and developers.

Jannat fell in love with real estate and bought her first home in her late teens. She built her investment profile by the age of only 24. She pursued her career from Finance to Real-Estate rapidly.
